NFL FLAG FOOTBALL (No Boys Allowed)

NO BOYS ALLOWED LEAGUE Logo

Youth Empowered USA has partnered with NFL FLAG Football to utilize sports as a catalyst for female empowerment through athletics, education, and personal growth. Supported by dedicated mentors and families who champion girls' sports, we have built a space where young female athletes gain confidence, foster sisterhood, and realize their full potential.

Our mission is to immerse girls in football within a supportive, safe, and professional setting that prioritizes both mental and physical wellness. We believe that competing on the field prepares girls for success in all areas of life, teaching them invaluable lessons in perseverance, leadership, and mutual respect.

Youth Empowered USA is equally dedicated to the mentors who guide these girls. By investing in female coaches and officials, we are fostering a positive sports culture where every girl feels seen. Through specialized training and hands-on guidance, we are building a lasting foundation for girls' football today while preparing the strong, capable female leaders of tomorrow.

NBA Skills Training

Our skills training is about more than just throwing and defending; it is about teaching girls to own their strength. Through female-focused instruction, clinics, and game play, participants master the fundamentals of the game while building self-esteem, teamwork, and sharp decision-making.

We aim to help every girl find her voice on the field, understanding that true victory lies in her personal growth. Football becomes her classroom for overcoming obstacles, supporting her teammates, and developing leadership habits that will benefit her today and in her future career.

SKILLS TRAINING
Developing Strong Athletes. Empowering Bold Girls

NBA Coach Mentoring

COACH MENTORING
Empowering Mentors Who Inspire Girls.

Impactful coaches for girls do more than run drills—they serve as role models, listeners, and motivators. Our mentoring program provides coaches with the specific strategies needed to support young female athletes, focusing on positive communication and confidence-building. Coaches learn age-appropriate instructional techniques that ensure every girl feels valued and supported in her athletic journey.

Our objective is to develop mentors who realize their greatest impact is not the final score, but the lasting sense of belonging and empowerment they instill in the girls who look up to them.

NBA Referee Training

REFEREE TRAINING
Leading the Game. Inspiring Leadership. Building Future Success.

Referee Training gives young women a unique opportunity to master football while sharpening their own leadership and conflict-resolution skills. Participants learn the intricacies of flag football officiating and game management, gaining the confidence to lead on the field. This hands-on experience allows them to practice effective communication and professional decision-making in a real-world setting.

For our young female officials, this program serves as a vital leadership opportunity, teaching them to thrive under pressure and earn respect through accountability. We are not just training officials; we are empowering confident women to lead both on the field and in their communities.
